I’m not Bragging

I’m just telling you the way it is. If you have been to the grocery store lately you know what inflation is. You don’t need all the experts telling you about percentages. You can see food prices going up, it seems, as you watch. Add to that the shortage of things like milk, eggs and butter. Then you’re in for one of your worst days when hunger forces you to visit your local grocery store.

The nice thing about having money during retirement is that you may not like paying ever increasing prices for your daily sustenance, but you can. You don’t have to substitute an inferior item or go without. You don’t need to decide between medications and food. You don’t have to make do. It’s that simple.

If you ever needed a reason to earn more money in retirement you have a powerful one every time you darken the doorstep of a grocery store.
